The App is not intended to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The dosage calculator and other features provide general guidelines only and should not replace professional medical consultation. Always consult with healthcare professionals for medical advice.

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by WeedCircle and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL WEEDIN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WeedIN from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also stop using the App at any time.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by other means. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WeedCircle operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
